Earthquake of Magnitude 6.2 quake strikes Sibolga, Indonesia; No tsunami warning

A magnitude 6.2 quake struck southwest of the Indonesian city of Sibolga on the island of Sumatra on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said. There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage.

There was also no tsunami warning from the Hawaii-based Pacific Tsunami Warning Center immediately after the quake.
