Tunisian president in very critical condition but alive - adviser

Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi is in a very critical health condition but he is alive, one of his advisers told Reuters on Thursday, denying media reports he had died.

The presidency had earlier said he had been taken to a military hospital.
