Russian anti-terror committee investigating Crimea school blast

A blast at a college in the Crimean peninsula's city of Kerch was an act of terrorism carried out using a home-made bomb, TASS news agency cited Sergei Melikov, the first deputy head of the National Guard, as saying on Wednesday.

Footage published by the local Kerch.FM radio station showed armoured personnel carriers near the college in Kerch where a blast killed 10, according to Russian news agencies.
