For this purpose, he created 'Harish Anna Seva Samithi' and printed a receipt book with fake registration, police said. ''Without the knowledge of one Gundala Mallesh Goud, he portrayed him as president for the Seva Samithi and himself as vice-president and his accomplice (accused number 2) as general secretary,'' police said.

Police further said the first page of this fraudulent receipt book falsely stated that the minister was the first donor, followed by prominent BRS ministers and leaders.
