German Economy Minister Robert Habeck's constituency office in Flensburg received an envelope containing a white substance late Wednesday, prompting a large-scale police operation, German news outlet Spiegel reported on Thursday.
Employees of the Flensburg office brought the envelope to police at 0350 pm (1350 GMT), who subsequently alerted the fire brigade, police said in a statement issued late Wednesday.
