Baltics to boycott OSCE meeting over Russian presence

The Lithuanian, Estonian and Latvian foreign ministers said on Tuesday they will boycott a meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Skopje due to the decision to allow Russia's foreign minister to attend.

The planned attendance by Sergei Lavrov will provide Moscow with a propaganda opportunity and "risks legitimising aggressor Russia as a rightful member of our community of free nations," they said.
