Russia's Lavrov addresses OSCE, assails West over "hybrid war"

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, addressing an OSCE meeting that Ukraine and several of its allies boycotted, assailed the West on Thursday for waging "hybrid war" against Russia and said the European Union had become an "aggressive political project".

Lavrov was speaking at a meeting of foreign ministers from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Skopje, North Macedonia.
