Abu Dhabi-backed group plans new structure for Telegraph, prompting fresh UK probe

Abu Dhabi-backed Redbird IMI has submitted a new proposal relating to its planned takeover of the Telegraph newspaper, the British government said on Wednesday, adding that it intends to start a fresh probe on public interest grounds.
