List of POWs supposedly aboard of Russian crashed plane has discrepancies - Ukrainian ombudsman

The list shared in Russian media of Ukrainian prisoners of war who were claimed to have been aboard the crashed plane has discrepancies, Ukraine's human rights commissioner told Reuters.

"Yes, we found Ukrainian citizens in the list who have already been previously exchanged," Dmytro Lubinets said.
