UNLF cadre arrested by Manipur police

A cadre of the proscribed militant outfit United National Liberation Front (UNLF) was arrested by police in Manipur's Imphal East district, a press release said Tuesday.

A police team conducting a search operation at Keibi Kumuda Maning Leikai area of the district on Monday arrested the militant, said the release issued by PRO of Manipur Police.

A case has been registered at Sagolmang police station for further investigation, it added.
