Defeated Indonesian presidential candidate Anies says 'situation not normal'

A losing candidate in Indonesia's presidential election on Wednesday said the country was in a "situation that is not normal", after the national poll body declared Defence Minister Prabowo Subianto the winner in the Feb 14 poll.

Ex-Jakarta governor Anies Baswedan said his team would file a complaint over the election process with the Constitutional Court.
