Dhankhar addressed officer trainees, stressing the importance of prioritizing the nation's interest and upholding the rule of law as guiding principles.

'You are agents of change and crucial stakeholders in governance,' he asserted during an address to the assistant secretaries of the IAS 2022 batch at the Vice President's enclave.

The Vice President praised the Indian Civil Service for its growing inclusivity, with notable representation from vulnerable, marginalized, and underprivileged backgrounds.
