U.S. Approves $215.5M Missile Sale to Denmark

The U.S. State Department has approved Denmark's request to purchase 84 AIM-120C-8 air-to-air missiles and associated equipment, with an estimated value of $215.5 million. The primary contractor for the deal will be RTX Corp.

The U.S. State Department has approved the potential sale of advanced medium-range air-to-air missiles and related equipment to Denmark for an estimated cost of $215.5 million, the Pentagon said on Friday.

Denmark has asked to buy 84 AIM-120C-8 Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missiles and three AIM-120 AMRAAM guidance sections, the Pentagon said. The principal contractor will be RTX Corp , it said.
