Sources within the Economic Offences Unit (EOU) of Bihar police revealed that Yadvendu's May 5 confession detailed contacts with known exam paper leakers Nitish Kumar and Amit Anand.

Yadvendu, a junior engineer, willfully implicated himself, Nitish, and Amit in orchestrating the leak. His confession has led to 13 arrests and heightened scrutiny of NEET-UG 2024 examination integrity.
