Tragic Fall: Constable Dies at Jharkhand Barracks

A 29-year-old IRB constable, Emmanuel Telra, tragically died after falling from the railing of a three-storey barracks in Dumka, Jharkhand. The incident is under investigation by the Mufassil police to determine the exact cause of his death.

A tragic incident occurred in Jharkhand’s Dumka district when a 29-year-old state IRB constable, Emmanuel Telra, was reported dead after falling from the railing of a three-storey barracks. The incident happened on Monday morning at State Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB) No-1 located in Nakati village, under the jurisdiction of Mufassil police station.

Emmanuel Telra was a resident of Ramseli village in Latehar district. Nitish Kumar, the in-charge of Mufassil police station, informed that an investigation is underway to uncover the actual circumstances leading to his untimely death.

Kumar suggested that prima facie evidence indicates Telra might have been sitting on the terrace railing before he fell off. The police are rigorously pursuing all leads to ascertain the exact cause of the mishap.
