Governor Shukla Clarifies No Rift Over Agriculture University's VC Appointment

Shukla highlighted that a communication gap led to misunderstandings, but Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has clarified the situation.

Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla has dismissed alleged differences with the state government over the appointment of a new vice chancellor for Palampur agriculture university.

Addressing reporters in Solan, Governor Shukla noted a communication gap led to misconceptions.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu affirmed that the relevant file, currently with the law department, had reached the government months earlier.
