Tragic Incident in Thane: Two Workers Killed by Fallen Boiler
Two workers at a dyeing unit in Thane's Bhiwandi town were killed when a heavy boiler fell on them during crane lifting. The victims, Balaram Chowdhari and Pandurang Patil, were crushed to death. The incident, classified as an accidental death, is under police investigation.

In a tragic incident at a factory in Maharashtra's Thane district, two workers lost their lives when a heavy boiler collapsed on them, police confirmed on Thursday.
The accident occurred Wednesday evening at the Saravli MIDC dyeing unit in Bhiwandi town. According to an officer from Kongaon police station, the boiler slipped while being lifted by a crane, falling onto the workers below.
The victims, identified as Balaram Chowdhari (55) and Pandurang Patil (65), were pronounced dead at the scene. Their bodies were transported to a government hospital for postmortem examinations. Police have registered a case of accidental death and initiated a probe into the incident.
