ED Cracks Down on Absconding Accused in JKSSB Paper Leak Scandal

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Anil Kumar, an absconding accused in the 2022 JKSSB sub-inspector recruitment exam paper leak. Kumar, who is from Haryana, was apprehended under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and is now in a five-day ED custody. This comes weeks after the arrest of alleged kingpin Yatin Yadav.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has tightened its grip on the 2022 JKSSB sub-inspector recruitment exam paper leak case by arresting another absconding accused.

Anil Kumar, a 31-year-old resident of Lahroda in Mahendragarh district, Haryana, was apprehended under criminal sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) on Wednesday.

Kumar's arrest follows the June 24 capture of 43-year-old Yatin Yadav, identified as the alleged mastermind behind the leak. The ED has secured a five-day custodial period for Kumar from a special court in Jammu.
