Ukrainian Air Force Thwarts Russian Missile and Drone Attack

The Ukrainian Air Force successfully intercepted five Kh-101 cruise missiles and 11 out of 19 drones launched by Russia. The main target was the town of Starokostiantyniv, a strategic air base. Ukrainian air defenses intercepted 11 drones across six regions, although the whereabouts of the remaining eight drones are unclear. The Air Force suggested that Russia may be using drone imitators to overwhelm air defense systems.

Governors from the targeted regions, including Sumy, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, and Mykolaiv, reported no casualties or damage in their morning updates.
