Security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district successfully foiled an infiltration attempt along the Line of Control on Thursday. According to officials, two terrorists were neutralized during the encounter.
The operation was launched after security forces received intelligence inputs indicating an infiltration bid in the Valley's Keran sector. Acting on these inputs, the alert security personnel detected movement and engaged with the infiltrators.
As a result, two terrorists were killed. The operation is currently ongoing, with security forces maintaining a vigilant presence in the area.
