Kremlin Addresses Inflation Concerns Amid Economic Growth

The Kremlin has acknowledged inflation and economic overheating concerns, asserting that it is taking necessary measures. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov highlighted positive economic indicators, while Russia's central bank is anticipated to raise its key rate to counter the over 9% annual inflation.

The Kremlin, responding to concerns about inflation and an overheating economy on Friday, stated that every economy faces certain challenges and assured that appropriate measures are being implemented in Russia.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov emphasized to reporters that economic indicators related to growth and the economy's development remained 'highly positive.'

On the same day, Russia's central bank is expected to increase its key rate in an effort to curb inflation, which is currently exceeding an annual rate of 9%.
