Latur Police have successfully rescued three minor girls, who were allegedly abducted more than a year ago from Hyderabad and Nanded, an official from the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) revealed.

Using advanced technical analysis and following several leads, the police were able to locate the missing girls. Reports of the two 17-year-old girls' abductions had been registered approximately a year ago at Udgir Rural and Nilanga police stations in Latur. Another report concerning the abduction of a 16-year-old girl was filed at MIDC police station.

The 17-year-old girls were eventually traced to Hyderabad, while the younger girl was found in Nanded district. Notably, over the past 45 days, Latur Police have rescued ten abducted minors, highlighting their commitment to combating human trafficking.
