Authorities Raze Bakery of Man Accused of Raping Minor

Authorities demolished the illegally constructed bakery of Moid Khan, who was accused of raping a 12-year-old girl and recording the act. The incident came to light when the girl was found pregnant. Moid Khan, allegedly linked to the Samajwadi Party, was arrested along with an accomplice.

Authorities in Ayodhya demolished the bakery of Moid Khan on Saturday. Khan is accused of raping a 12-year-old girl and recording the act, according to officials.

"The bakery of Moid Khan has been demolished," confirmed District Magistrate Chandra Vijay Singh. "The bakery was illegally constructed over a pond."

Police arrested Khan and his employee, Raju Khan, on July 30 in connection with the case. The crime came to light when the girl was found to be pregnant during a medical checkup.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Adityanath stated in the legislative assembly that Khan belonged to the Samajwadi Party and had not faced any disciplinary action from them.

A relative of the victim reported that Chief Minister assured them of the harshest punishment and demolition of Khan's illegal properties.
