Delhi Police Nab Sanjeev Jain, CEO of Parsvnath Landmark Developers

Delhi Police arrested Sanjeev Jain, CEO of Parsvnath Landmark Developers, due to multiple non-bailable warrants by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Jain was apprehended at IGI airport following a 60 km chase after initial attempts at his Gurugram residence failed.

Delhi Police have apprehended Sanjeev Jain, the CEO of Parsvnath Landmark Developers, according to officials released on Sunday.

Jain's arrest on Saturday was conducted by the Special Task Force (STF) of Shahdara at IGI airport. National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission had issued non-bailable warrants due to his failure to appear before the commission, stated Deputy Commissioner of Police (Shahdara) Surendra Choudhary.

The CEO was pursued and ultimately nabbed after a 60 km chase following an initial visit to his Gurugram residence. Jain was produced before the commission on Sunday amid pending warrants.
