Key Murder Suspect Nabbed After Police Encounter in Gwalior
A prime suspect in Anita Gupta's murder case, Mayank Bhadoria, was apprehended after being injured in a police encounter in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Bhadoria, who had a Rs 20,000 reward on his head, attempted to flee but was apprehended after a brief exchange of gunfire. Another suspect, Akash Jadoun, was captured earlier.

A prime accused in a high-profile murder case was arrested following a brief police encounter in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh on Thursday, according to an official statement.
The suspect, identified as Mayank Bhadoria, had been on the run since the murder of Anita Gupta on July 29. Authorities had announced a reward of Rs 20,000 for information leading to his capture.
Gwalior Superintendent of Police Dharamvir Singh confirmed that Bhadoria was spotted in Shankarpur area and attempted to escape on his motorcycle. In a subsequent shootout, Bhadoria was injured and captured. He was immediately taken to a government hospital for treatment. Bhadoria, a habitual offender, is also implicated in several other serious crimes, including murder, loot, and dacoity, in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur. Another accused in the case, Akash Jadoun, was arrested on August 2, after a separate encounter.
