Key appointments include Smruti Ranjan Pradhan, previously the Gajapati collector, now being tasked with Kendrapara. Parul Patawari, an IAS officer from the 2015 batch, takes over as the collector of Rayagada, while Amrit Ruturaj will lead Kandhamal district.

Additional notable assignments are Siddeshwar Baliram Bondar to Sambalpur and Bijay Kumar Dash to the Gajapati district. This reshuffle aims to streamline governance and improve administrative efficiency in the state.
