Five Indians Arrested in Nepal for Illegal Currency Possession

Five Indian nationals were arrested at Ranjha Airport in Nepal for allegedly carrying 2.4 million Nepali Rupees without disclosing the source, police reported on Thursday.
The arrested individuals, identified as Prakash Narayan Gupta (44), Ajaya Mishra (43), Ashish Gupta (45), Bimal Gupta (46), and Pankaj Jaiswal (39), were detained during a security check as they were about to board a flight to Kathmandu.
The police recovered the large sum of money without any valid documentation and have initiated an investigation into the matter.
