A man in Dombivali, Thane district, has been charged under the POCSO Act for allegedly flashing two children, a police official confirmed on Saturday.
The accused, identified as Pravin Anand Patil, targeted the children, both 12 years old, as they were returning home from shopping on Friday.
The Manpada police have initiated a case against Patil under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, but he remains at large, the official added.
