Tragic Road Accident Claims Three Lives in Chhattisgarh

A fatal accident in Chhattisgarh's Bilaspur district resulted in the deaths of a mother, her daughter, and another family member, while two others were injured after their car collided with a parked truck.

A tragic road accident late Thursday claimed the lives of three women in Chhattisgarh's Bilaspur district. The victims were returning from dinner when their car crashed into a stationary truck.

The accident, which occurred around 3:30 am on Pendridih bypass road, left Preeti Sharma (48), her daughter Shruti (19), and family member Shreya Sharma (24) dead, according to local police. Preeti's son, Ankit Sharma, who was driving, is critically injured alongside another individual.

Police have registered a case and commenced an investigation into the incident.
