The incident occurred on Friday in the Four Bungalows locality of Andheri. Mishra, who provides security guards for events in the city, was found driving under the influence of alcohol and was stopped by a constable during a routine check.
Mishra became aggressive and claimed his father was a deputy superintendent of police, according to officials. A bystander recorded the altercation, which went viral on social media. Mishra was brought to the local police station, arrested, and fined Rs 10,000 after admitting guilt in court.
