The perpetrator, identified as Rahul, was also fined Rs 40,000. The incident took place in May 2020, leading to a complaint filed at Sector 29 police station by the victim's father.

Following a thorough investigation and evidence collection, the court reached its verdict. 'On the basis of collected evidence and witnesses, the accused was found guilty under the POCSO Act,' stated a police spokesperson.
