Head Constable Mahesh Kumar of Sarai Khawaja police station filed the complaint after the video, made by Kartik Chhabra, depicted the dangerous driving at high speeds. The police acted swiftly with the aid of cyber police to identify the individual behind the camera.

Following the evidence provided, an FIR was registered against Rajat Dalal on Friday under relevant sections of the IPC. A senior officer disclosed that Dalal boasts 2.3 lakh followers on his YouTube channel, making the incident a matter of public concern.
