Tragic Family Incident in Sangareddy District: Woman and Three Children Found Dead

A 28-year-old woman allegedly killed her three children and later committed suicide by hanging herself in Patancheru mandal of Sangareddy district, police reported on Sunday.

Police suspect the woman poisoned her children, aged between three and five, over a family dispute, then took her own life on Saturday night. The incident was discovered by the woman's relatives, who live nearby and alerted authorities on Sunday.

The woman's husband, who struggles with alcohol addiction, was in a rehabilitation center at the time. Authorities have registered a case and are investigating further.
