Sons Arrested for Plotting Hotelier Father's Murder Over Property Dispute
After the murder of hotelier Shiv Kumar Kamboj, his sons, Shobhit and Mohit, along with four others, were arrested for orchestrating the crime. They allegedly paid shooters to kill their father due to a property dispute involving his second wife. The main shooter was apprehended following an encounter.

A significant breakthrough occurred in Shamli district as police arrested two sons and four accomplices in connection with the murder of hotelier Shiv Kumar Kamboj. The arrests were made a week after the gruesome incident.
The main shooter, Jaiveer, was apprehended following an encounter with the police. Kamboj was shot dead while taking a walk on Canal Road on September 1. The crime was reportedly orchestrated by his sons, motivated by a property dispute involving Kamboj's second wife.
Authorities seized two pistols and as many motorcycles used in the crime. Saharanpur DIG Ajay Kumar has announced a Rs 25,000 reward for the police team responsible for solving the case.
