New guidelines include starting programs promptly, regardless of the arrival of chief guests, ceasing the provision of snacks, and opting for cushioned chairs instead of sofas to ease logistics, especially in rural areas.

The Chief Minister emphasized eliminating unnecessary formalities and practices that do not contribute to the success and efficiency of governmental events.
