A 32-year-old employee at a private firm in Noida Sector 9 tragically ended his life by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at his workplace on Thursday, according to local police reports.

The Noida Phase-1 Police Station has detained a colleague for further questioning as part of the ongoing investigation. Inspector Amit Bhadana disclosed that police were informed of the suicide this morning.

The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination to uncover further details regarding the incident, as authorities continue to probe the circumstances leading to the tragedy.
