Honoring Bravery: Remembering Pulwama's Fallen Heroes

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) commemorated the sixth anniversary of the Pulwama attack, paying tribute to the 40 jawans who lost their lives. The ceremony at Lethpora-Pulwama saw participation from various officials and dignitaries who gathered to honor the martyrs.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, along with officers from different forces and the civil administration, paid their respects. In a statement, Sinha highlighted the bravery and sacrifice of the CRPF personnel, emphasizing their lasting legacy and inspiration for future generations.

Local BJP leaders, including spokespersons Altaf Thakur and Sajid Yousuf Shah, also attended the event, laying floral tributes at the site. The 2019 attack involved a Jaish-e-Mohammad suicide bomber, resulting in the tragic loss of 40 jawans, forever marking February 14 as a day of remembrance.
