BJP MLA Shweta Mahale of Maharashtra has reportedly received a death threat linked to her ongoing efforts to remove illegal encroachments in her Chikhali constituency, situated in Buldhana district.
The anonymous letter, dated February 20, is alleged to have been motivated by religious animosity, according to Mahale.
In response, her supporters organized a protest and presented a memorandum to law enforcement, calling for action against the individuals responsible for the threat. Mahale has called on the police to safeguard her security, emphasizing her commitment to conducting the campaign without bias against any group.
