Influential Russian lawmaker Konstantin Kosachev has emphasized that any proposed ceasefire deal in the ongoing conflict with Ukraine would be determined by Moscow's terms, rather than those of Washington.
In a recent statement on the messaging platform Telegram, Kosachev, chairman of the international affairs committee of the Federation Council, underscored Russia's advancing position in Ukraine.
He pointed out that real agreements are being forged on the battlefield, a reality he insists must be recognized by the United States as negotiations proceed.
