This appeal comes in response to the Supreme Court's directive to finalize delimitation in several states, including Manipur, within three months. Singh advocates linking voter IDs with Aadhaar to enhance transparency, while also stressing the urgency of authenticating Aadhaar cards to protect indigenous communities' rights. He cites an alarming discovery of 65,000 fake Aadhaar cards in the state as a significant threat to indigenous people's rights and identities.
