In a fervent appeal during Zero Hour, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey called for the Indian government to enforce Articles 14, 15, and 49 of the Constitution. Addressing the need for equal rights for Muslims, Dubey emphasized that the current scenario grants them special privileges.
Dubey raised concerns over the Places of Worship Act and the 1995 Waqf amendment, stating that these laws allow Muslims undue claims over Archaeological Survey of India monuments and properties. He highlighted the potential constitutional threat posed by such rights.
Asserting the need for equal rights, the MP from Godda voiced his demand for the revocation of property rights and reservations provided to Muslims in contracts and jobs, thus safeguarding constitutional equality for all citizens.
