Family members of Indian Air Force Corporal Tage Hailyang, who was among those tragically killed in the Pahalgam terror attack, praised Operation Sindoor on Wednesday. They emphasized that decisive action is necessary to dismantle terrorist networks, ensuring no other family endures similar heartbreak.

Corporal Hailyang, originally from Lower Subansiri district in Arunachal Pradesh, was one of the 26 victims of the April 22 attack. His grieving wife, Charo Kamhua Tage, expressed both sorrow and determination, urging the government to intensify its crackdown on terror. ''We have lost a beloved son of the soil. My husband could have fled, but he died helping others,'' she stated.

Operation Sindoor retaliated for the Pahalgam attack by destroying nine terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The precise strikes earned national praise, especially from families of the fallen. Corporal Hailyang was posthumously honored, his bravery representing true patriotism and sparking a unified call against terrorism.
