Amid growing tensions in Rajasthan's border areas, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma took charge on Thursday by overseeing the developments directly from his office.
After conducting a review meeting, Sharma stayed on site to continue monitoring the situation. Key figures, including Deputy Chief Minister Prem Chand Bairwa, ministers, and top officials, were involved in the strategic discussions. These included BJP state president and Rajya Sabha MP Madan Rathore, Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant, and Director General of Police UR Sahoo.
A spokesperson confirmed that Sharma also sought feedback on the concerning issue of recent drone attacks in Jaisalmer, highlighting the urgency and gravity of the matter at hand.
