The Delhi Police Special Cell has successfully arrested a 25-year-old fugitive, Gurdas Singh, who was involved in multiple crimes, including murder, robbery, and an attempt to murder, an official stated on Thursday.

As per police reports, Singh, hailing from Mansarover Park in Shahdara, had been declared a proclaimed offender by the court following a murder case in 2020. A detailed manhunt based on specific intelligence led to his capture in Uttarakhand on June 6.

Further investigations have revealed Singh's extensive criminal background, which dates back several years. Despite an arrest and jail time, his penchant for crime persisted, involving armed robberies and attempts on life, reflecting his deep-rooted criminal associations and disregard for the law.
