Commenting on the advisory, Majed Al Ansari, a spokesperson for the Qatari foreign ministry, confirmed that the security conditions remain stable. He further clarified that this recommendation by the U.S. embassy does not indicate any particular threat to public safety.

Al Ansari reiterated Qatar's commitment to taking any necessary steps to protect its citizens and residents. The country hosts the largest U.S. military installation in the region, Al Udeid Air Base, accommodating around 10,000 troops.
