The footage, which circulated widely on social media platforms, shows Musne admonishing the women for their reckless behavior, alleging that they rode dangerously. The incident culminated with the constable slapping one of the women at Renapur Naka.

Musne, with two and a half years of experience in the traffic department, defended her actions as maternal, not policing. Despite apologizing for her language, Musne insisted her intentions aimed to safeguard the women's safety, causing debate about appropriate enforcement methods.
