The incident unfolded on Monday in a high-rise residential building in Virar's Bolinj area. Residents, disturbed by a strong odor, reviewed CCTV footage and discovered the delivery man, clad in his company uniform, urinating in a corner of the lift.
Residents confronted the delivery agent upon his return, leading to a heated altercation. After an alleged physical confrontation, they escorted him to the Bolinj police station. While officials are investigating, they've urged residents to report such issues to authorities instead of resorting to violence.
