The Director General of Police for Jammu and Kashmir, Nalin Prabhat, reinforced his department's steadfast commitment to justice on Tuesday, highlighting the guidelines set by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha: 'do not touch the innocent and do not spare the guilty.'

Prabhat pointed out that the government is gradually implementing new laws designed with a victim-centric approach, aiming to deliver justice swiftly and effectively. He affirmed the police's dedication to helping distressed individuals through extensive outreach initiatives.

During a public event, Prabhat noted society's role in crime prevention, urging citizens to remain alert. He condemned recent fraud cases and reiterated the police's resolve to combat crime daily, striving to bring about real change.
