In an unfolding controversy, retired High Court judge Justice P N Desai has submitted a report to Karnataka Chief Secretary Shalini Rajneesh, following an inquiry into the alleged irregularities within the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA).

The inquiry, initiated by a one-man commission led by Justice Desai on July 14, delves into allegations of a site allocation scam, which has gained particular attention following accusations that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's wife, Parvathi, was a beneficiary.
