Meghwal, in an interview with PTI Videos, responded to Gandhi's demand for parliamentary discussion on the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Bihar by citing a precedent set by former Lok Sabha Speaker Balram Jakhar, who rejected similar demands, emphasizing the poll panel's independence.

Addressing the Goa government's efforts to reserve Assembly seats for Scheduled Tribes, Meghwal highlighted the increased ST population and the absence of ST MLAs, underscoring the Bill's importance despite opposition parties' reluctance to engage on the matter.
